Damien Duhamel

Managing Partner

Damien is Managing Partner at Eurogroup Consulting Middle East and has 25+ years experience advising international companies on growth strategy. A core focus of his work has been developing partnerships, distribution channels and growth via M&A – he has led dozens of projects, many focused in the energy space. Damien holds an MBA from Chicago Booth and a Masters in Sustainability from Harvard University. He has lived in Vietnam, Singapore, Australia and the UAE.

Jack Fowler

Director

Jack is a Director at Eurogroup Consulting and has led projects globally for over a decade. He has extensive experience in growth strategy with a focus on the energy sector. Jack previously worked for a boutique strategy consulting firm focused on several core verticals, including energy. Jack has lived in Singapore, Myanmar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Jordan, Yemen and the UK and has executed projects in many other markets. Jack holds a Master’s Degree from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Manchester.

Nabil Ramadan

Manager

Nabil is a Manager working across the Middle East and Asia for the past 10 years. He has led many growth and operational strategy projects in the Kingdom focused on energy. Nabil’s project experience covers a range of topics including Strategy Development, Partner Search, Market Growth Studies, Corporate Valuation, and Complex Financial Modelling. Nabil obtained a BA from the American University of Beirut (AUB) with a focus on Finance and speaks fluent English, French, and Arabic.

Dian Kuncoro

Manager

Dian is the Digital Lab Manager of Eurogroup Consulting. With 12 years of experience advising, establishing, and executing digital initiatives across industries, from ideas into tangible output with significant outcomes. Executing the Digital Initiative, for example Web Design, Motion Design, and Web Development into less technical yet complicated business, like talent acquisition and retention strategy, Digital Marketing Strategy, Digital enablement from scratch to profitable portfolio, enterprise infrastructure, people management, company’s digital acquisition and growth strategy.
